Collaborative Approach and Milestones
Data Gathering & Contract Signing
- Gather client data and complete a data collection sheet (DCS).
- Collect full year of water invoices
- Perform detailed audit of the current water flow rates.
- Perform water efficiency maturity assessment
- Perform leak assessment and recommend possible solutions
- Draft and sign contract
Installation
- We use a collaborative approach to our water conservation projects; as such, we will require a dedicated team to assist us throughout the installation.
- Installation will be phased by building or blocks and a roadmap will be provided and signed before installation begins
2 Month Trial Period & Audit
- Once installation is complete. Water Demand Solution provides a 2 month trial period to validate the 50% reduction in water consumption.
- Water Demand Solution will perform the required pressure balancing tests and health inspections.
- As necessary, Water Demand Solution will place water conservation stickers to educate and promote awareness.
Payment & Maintenance Schedule
- Our fees are based on the value generated for our clients. Water Demand Solution will assume 2 year worth of validated savings.
- This amount will be paid after the 2 months validation period (payment terms negotiable).
- To ensure success of the project; Water Demand Solution will provide a two year warranty & unlimited training for all staff during this period.
- Water Demand Solution will replace & repair any faulty products at no additional cost over the two year period from contract signing date.
We generate long term monetary value for our clients through our unique cost saving methodology. Consequently, our fees are based on the savings that we create for you. Our projects typically save 50-75% of your bill however, our baseline is 50% i.e. savings >50% are an additional benefit to your organization.
